“Rasodhe mein kon tha?” took the internet by storm when Yashraj Mukhate uploaded a 57 second video where he was seen grooving to the skittish dialogue from a soap opera show “Sath Nibhana Sathiya”. This dialogue could’ve won the competition if “Katappa ne Bahubali ko kyun maara?” was in the line! The show airs on StarPlus and Yashraj Mukhate, without wasting a second, decided to remix the exaggerated lines with a hilariously comical twist on 20th August 2020.
Yashraj was quite shocked and mentioned that he didn’t anticipate to get almost 10 million views on his video that will be becoming an internet sensation within a week. Although, Yashraj Mukhate’s main focus is music, sharing short videos and contents helped him gain more support from old and new followers after his video went viral. He wanted people to hear the music he added to the video with a comical twist and gain their attention. He was quite shocked when Anurag Kashyap shared the video. The video is from a famous television reality show Emotional Atyachar where Poonam Sethi, a contestant from third season of the reality show in 2011, was heard mispronouncing “bikini” as “biggini” shoot and Yash made sure that such “hilarious” dialogues shouldn’t go in vain! He decided to add his creativity to the introduction which Poonam gives to Pravesh Rana, the host of the series.
When Poonam said that she was asked to do a “biggini shoot”, Pravesh interrupted her to ask “What shoot?” and that’s when things went out of control and Yash thought of creating another massive hit. 5. Kya Karu Main Itni Sundar Hu Toh
This video, by Yashraj on 25th July 2020, went viral before the rasode main kaun tha video and here we could see a girl claiming that she’s Katrina Kaif’s sister! Yes you read it right. The video was widely seen on TikTok and Instagram before the remake was brought forward. She claimed in the video that she uploaded videos previously and everyone was admiring her beauty and questioning her how is she related to the mega Bollywood star- Katrina Kaif.
She replied to those questions through a video, which she claimed were asked to her, that Katrina Kaif is her cousin and she went on saying that people have said that she’s much more prettier than Katrina and then comes the “Toh guys kya karun main itni sundar hun toh”. Yashraj Mukhate couldn’t keep himself calm and decided to give his audience a doze of good laughter. He remixed the video with his music composition and the lyrics were what the girl said about herself in her TikTok video. The song was one of the most popular videos streamed on social media platforms and that’s when we heard so many people replying sarcastically to every question with “Kya karun main itni sundar hi toh”.
6. Hum Dono Naagin Hai
“Ek raaz se main parda faash karne waali hun” and that’s when Yashraj added his music to the cringe Tiktok video. The video was uploaded by Yashraj Mukhate on his YouTube Channel on 30th June 2020 while we were in the middle of the lockdown situation. He really made it possible for us to spend our lockdown watching our mobile screens while playing his videos on loop!
The video was initially uploaded by a girl on tiktok which caught Mukhate’s attention and then with his magic of remixing music and lyrics with the lines of the video, he created something funnier than his previous videos. He even captioned his video on Instagram with “collaborating with reptiles for the first time” and I don’t think anyone could have controlled their laughter by just reading it.
7. Charsulli Gardulli
Remember when Yashraj Mukhate created a video where Bigg boss contestant Shehnaz Gill was seen talking about her feelings in Bigg Boss 13, well, Rakhi Sawant, another Big Boss contestant, was also in Yashraj’s radar! The video was uploaded on 2nd August 2020 where Rakhi was angry on someone from media and shouting them. Yashraj Mukhate has left everyone thinking “How more creative can someone be?” and his next videos breaks the silence to the questions!
In this video Yashraj fused Rakhi’s dialogues with the famous “kachra gaadi song” and the remix has made us hold our stomachs while we are laughing to his remixes. The video includes a glimpse of the situation where Rakhi is shouting at someone from the media when someone asked her a question. Rakhi went on creating a pool of abuses for celebrities after the questions were asked. She even called one person from audience “Charsuli Garduli” which if translated to English becomes “a person who constantly intakes drugs”. The video went viral after Mukhate remixed it with “Kachra song” and the major highlights were Rakhi’s dialogues. People even imagined how only Rakhi Sawant can make “Yedi” look like an abusive word!
8. Natural Face Hai
Nothing can go wrong with a Bhangra song and Yashraj Mukhate made it very clear in this video. The video was uploaded by Yashraj on his YouTube Channel on 20th November 2019 when we were actually not in the lockdown. The video was quite funny because of how he tuned bhangra with the lines “Natural face ayee”, the same girl who uploaded her video on Tiktok.
The video becomes even funnier when you imagine someone talking about “Natural Beauty” with “lipstick on” and bhangra to go with the rhythm. The video has 481k likes and the only thing one can wonder after watching his video is “ Thank god! I haven’t uploaded any bizarre video on my social media platform.” The video created quite a buzz and several Youtubers even replied back to the video with funniest and savage replies.
9. Money Doesn’t Matter
Have you ever heard a song that you cannot stop grooving to? Well, for me this is the one! How can someone not dance to the spectacular rhythm of this song which Mukhate brought forward for his fans. So the question arises – Is money really not important? Well if you’ve planned holidays for Maldives, you do need money. No arguments. This video was a whole new level of concept which Mukhate thought was funny and it actually went viral much before the “Rasodhe mein kon tha?”.
Mukhate has performed exceptionally well by turning dialogues into something musical but funnier that usual. Often we’ve come across several videos which made us question “why did I open YouTube?” and Yashraj answers “because I have something for you!”. The video is taken from a session where Nithyananda Baba was giving a speech to tell people that “Money doesn’t matter”. Yashraj Mukhate is seen giving dramatic effects to the word “matter” and the music makes it even funnier. One of the highlights of the video is “Joey doesn’t share food” and how Mukhate made the two dialogues connected!
10. Garam Ande
Imagine its winter season and you are looking at “garam ande”…no like practical “eggs”. Well, Mukhate doesn’t care what the dialogue is but he is sure of remixing the dialogue with his music making the video more pleasing to watch! The video has a Pakistani woman talking about the moving stalls with “garam ande” and what makes it funny is how the mimicry turned into a sensational song with 1.3 Million likes on YouTube.
The video was taken from a Pakistani news interview and Mukhate remixed it with his music into a viral song. The woman has mimicked about the vendors selling eggs in winter and Mukhate decided to make us laugh again with the fusion of eggs and hilariously fitting music to it. The video was uploaded on YouTube by Mukhate on his official YouTube channel on 2nd April 2020.
