Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)- Kharagpur has chosen to set up Re-Water Research Center to recharge and restore water assets. It will be seed-supported by two graduated class individuals – Aneesh Reddy and Aditya Choubey and named after them as Aditya Choubey Center for Re-Water Research

The reason for this middle will be to handle the test of settling two consuming issues looked by urban India – sewage transfer and access to clean consumable water. It will coordinate with government bodies to take up innovation created by it and process and address the water difficulty looked at by different urban areas.

IIT-Kharagpur will set up an on-grounds plant which will change over 1.35 million liters of sewage water from the lodgings to 1.2 million liters of consumable water on a consistent schedule. The undertaking means to draw in potential business visionaries and government organizations to take up sewage treatment at large scale and with a plan of action for banks to pick up trust in financing such organizations. The pilot plant is required to be prepared by March 2019.
