Indore: In the last 24 hours, 36 new cases of the COVID-19 disease have been discovered in Indore, one of the country’s most COVID-19 affected districts of India. With this, the number of victims in the city has increased from 3,597 to 3,633. The health department gave this information on Thursday.
The officials said that four patients, including a 75-year-old, died during treatment in various hospitals in the last two days after being infected with Covid-19. After that, the number of deaths due to Covid-19 disease reached a number of 145 in the Indore city.
Officials also said that 2,184 people in the district have been released from the hospitals after being recovered from COVID-19 till date. Due to the increasing COVID-19 patients, Indore city is still in the red zone. The epidemic of COVID-19 in the Indore city began on March 24, when the disease was confirmed in four patients.
