OnePlus Band Specifications
A list of characteristics comes with the latest exercise band.
The OnePlus Band features a 1.1-inch AMOLED color screen display with a resolution of 294 x 196 pixels. Using the OnePlus Fitness app, the watch faces can be customizable.
An optical heart rate sensor and a blood oxygen detector are included on the OnePlus Band. The blood oxygen sensor helps regulate your blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels, while the heart rate sensor monitor provides 24-hour heart rate monitoring.
Sleep tracking is also assisted by the OnePlus Band, which helps you to see your sleep ratings, overall sleep time, sleep periods, and gives you information about your sleep. It offers 13 types of fitness, such as cricket, badminton, swimming, yoga, and more.
To link to the smartphone and access alerts for email, incoming calls, and app notifications, Bluetooth 5.0 is used. It can also be used to monitor the music and take images from the handset.
The OnePlus Band comes with ratings of IP68 and 5ATM, so you can wear it when running or swimming.
The OnePlus Band comes with a detachable tracker in terms of construction, which can be connected to a variety of dual-color wristbands. However, the packaged wrist band is black. Users can either explicitly add their favorite watch faces from the OnePlus Fitness app or can use their photographs to personalize the band.
The unit is incredibly light – the tracker is 10.3 grams, the rubber band is 12.3 grams, making it just 22.6 grams of overall weight.
While OnePlus did not disclose the exact battery capacity of the Band, it said that one charge could last for up to two weeks. Of course, when certain functions are switched on, these will take a blow, like monitoring the saturation of blood oxygen (SpO2) through the infrared sensor, the heart rate monitor, and the sleep tracker. It is powered by a 100mAh battery and, on a single charge, provides a battery life of up to 14 days.
Furthermore, the OnePlus Band offers updates of real-time calls, incoming call warnings, call denial, music playback settings, and a remote camera shutter button. At a later point, the workout band will likely obtain iPhone support.
The price of the OnePlus fitness band places it squarely in line with Mi Band 5, Honor Band 5, and others. With its debut fitness band, which will set the stage for more fitness-oriented gadgets, it will be important to see how OnePlus continues to get the basics right.
OnePlus is also scheduled to introduce its first smartwatch early this year following the release of the fitness tracker.
