There are certain instances when the call of humanity is over religious faith, and a 20 yrs old Sikh boy proved just that by means of taking off his turban to help a bleeding woman!

A native of Dewar village of Tral Tehsil, Jammu, and Kashmir, Manjeet removed his turban to use it as a band-resource to help a bleeding female who had just met with a truck accident.

Manjeet saw 45-year-old bleeding via the road after she turned into a hit with a speeding truck close to Awantipora, as reported. His presence of thoughts and feel of humanity helped her by means of preventing further blood loss.

For a Sikh, the turban is a great matter of religion and taking off his turban to help close death sufferer is surely a very kind and touching gesture.

Manjeet himself has a touching tale which explains his selfless service and character. Manjeet’s father Karnail Singh, a daily wager in Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Kashmir (SKUAST) passed away and he became recruited in his area as the same wager. Manjeet has a handicapped mother, sister, and elder brother to attend to at home.
